After the substrate processing is completed, it enters the proprietary electroplating process: utilizing a standardized electroplating production line, through processes such as degreasing, pickling, electroplating, and passivation, the metal surface is endowed with rust resistance, wear resistance, conductivity, and a decorative appearance. The plating layer is uniform and dense, meeting industry quality standards.
Or alternatively, apply proprietary electrophoretic paint treatment: using environmentally friendly electrophoretic paint, the paint is uniformly adsorbed onto the metal surface through the action of an electric field, and then cured at high temperatures to form a protective coating with high adhesion and weather resistance. The product exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and has a fine and uniform appearance.
From mechanical processing, electroplating to electrophoresis painting, the entire process is carried out using our own equipment and in-house production, without outsourcing or contract manufacturing. This ensures effective control over production details, quality standards, and production cycles, providing customers with stable, high-quality metal processing products.
